As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, every day is a good day at work because I do what I love. Helping my patients and providing the right care for them makes me happy. It’s very rewarding to see their improvement and get a smile of thanks in return. I was born in Cuba but came to the U.S. for better opportunities. Growing up in Miami, I speak English and Spanish. I’ve always been passionate about medicine and helping others because both my mom and dad are doctors. Since I admired how they cared for the health of their patients I wanted to be like them. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, and I also enjoy exercising.
