I was born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba and came to the United States in 2014 searching for better opportunities. I first arrived in South Florida residing in Kendall, Miami from 2014 to 2019. I have since moved to Orlando and I love the diverse culture that this city offers. Spanish is my native language, but I am also fluent in English. Being bilingual is very beneficial in communicating with my diverse patients, many of whom are immigrants to America such as myself. I decided to go into medicine because of my passion for helping others. This career gives me the unique opportunity to help people every day and I never take this privilege for granted. A good day at work means that me and my teammates provide a healthy environment to serve our patients. Any time I can satisfy all my patients’ health concerns and they leave with a smile on their face is a good day. I want you to know that at Sanitas we do everything we can to provide you with the best health care possible and your well-being is our utmost priority. When I take off my coat, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my family. I also like to play chess and continue to study the English language in my free time.
