As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, my patients receive the best physical, psychological and spiritual care. Their health is my priority. A good day at work is when everything I do involving coworkers and patients is positive and valuable, knowing that I’ve worked hard to create a pleasant and productive working environment. Born and raised in Cuba, I came to the U.S. for better opportunities for myself and my family. When I was growing up, I saw many people suffering with diseases, which inspired me to pursue a career devoted to caring for others. Being fluent in both Spanish and English means I can help more patients. My professionalism has allowed me to earn the respect of patients and colleagues with whom I have worked. When I’m not working, I’m happy to spend all my free time with my family.
