I was born in Havana, Cuba, but I now proudly call Tampa my home. My journey into the medical field was inspired by witnessing my grandparents struggle to access essential healthcare services. For me, medicine is not just a job; it’s a true calling. I cherish the long-lasting relationships I've built with my patients and their families over the years. It warms my heart when they refer to me as “my doctor.” With each patient, I take the time to understand their health, medical needs, family dynamics, and social context. A good day for me is when I can meet all my patients’ needs and they leave my office with a smile. At Sanitas, we go above and beyond to accommodate our patients. We prioritize availability, spend quality time with each person, and focus on prevention to help them lead healthier lives.
