As a doctor at Sanitas, I provide timely, compassionate care with empathy and respect to my patients and always give them the attention they deserve. A good day at work is when patients tell me their condition is improving, that they feel healthier mentally and physically, and are eager to enjoy living life.
I was born in Caracas, Venezuela to Venezuelan/American Parents. In 1981, I came to Boston, Massachusetts, to study. I went to medical school at the University of Andes Merida, Venezuela. I joined the International Smile Operation in 1995 to perform many surgeries in Venezuela. I am fluent in English and Spanish, can also understand some Portuguese, and love communicating with everyone. I decided to go into medicine because I wanted to follow in my mother’s footsteps. She was a compassionate pediatrician for over 40 years. I now have more than 30 years of diverse experience in medicine.
When I take off my coat, I love spending free time with my family. I also enjoy playing tennis and practicing martial arts.
