Is SanitasCare insurance?
No. SanitasCare is a membership for unlimited, direct primary care at Sanitas Medical Center — no per-visit fees, no claims processing. We do recommend keeping major medical coverage for hospital emergencies and specialist care.
- SanitasCare does not satisfy the individual shared responsibility under the Affordable Care Act.
What’s included?
Wellness visits, unlimited in-person primary care visits, unlimited telehealth primary care visits, 2 urgent care visits per calendar year, select labs, and more.
What does it cost?
- Kids (Ages 0-18): $34.99/mo
- Adults (Ages 19+): $59.99/mo
- Family (2 adults + 2 kids): $152.99/mo
Additional services may be offered at an additional cost to help you achieve your health goals. There is a $40 registration fee to get started, regardless of the membership plan chosen. If you allow your membership to lapse, you will have to pay the registration fee again to re-enroll.
Is SanitasCare available to everyone?
SanitasCare is not available to Medicare, Medicaid, or governmental plan members.
Can kids join?
Yes — pediatric care is included. However, full pediatric services are currently available only at select Sanitas Medical Centers: Ocoee, Pompano, Miami Lakes, Doral, Kendall, East Colonial, and Kissimmee – E Osceola Pkwy.
Are there exclusions for pre-existing conditions?
No. Everyone is welcome.
Can I use it outside Florida?
No — SanitasCare is only available at Sanitas Medical Centers in Florida currently.
What if I need hospital or specialist care?
That’s outside your membership. We recommend having major medical insurance for hospital emergencies.
