Join us for the Women’s Heart Health Workshop, an inspiring event designed to help women understand and take charge of their cardiovascular health.

A special guest from the American Heart Association (AHA) will share expert insights on how high blood pressure affects women’s heart health, what warning signs to look for, and how to take proactive steps toward prevention.

This workshop is part of our initiative to empower 100 young women to take control of their heart health. You’ll enjoy:

  • Support and resources from our Chronic Care Program and Community Health Worker team
