As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I partner with my patients to help them achieve their health care goals. I get to know them, which helps build trust and helps me develop the right plan for their care. A good day at work means I helped my patients improve their health and overcome some of the challenges in their lives. I was born and raised in Cuba, so I can speak English and Spanish. Seeking a better future for my family and myself, Florida became home 15 years ago and now we live in Boca Raton. I enjoy learning about different cultures and traditions, and have an inquisitive mind that helps me create unique solutions to problems. I chose to go in to nursing because I love to help others and want to create better and healthier lives in my community. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family, gardening, art, exercising, and visiting and discovering new places.
