I was born in India and moved to the United States when I was a teenager. Ever since then Houston, Texas has been my home. I love the diverse culture it offers, and I am proud to serve this community like my it’s my family. I speak English, Hindi, and Urdu fluently. I decided to go into medicine because I enjoy learning about the science of medicine and the human body. I also truly enjoy making a positive difference in other people’s lives and this profession gives the me the opportunity to do just that. A good day at work means my patients leave with a smile on their face and are satisfied with the care they received. I hope to motive each of my patients to improve their health and make the necessary lifestyle changes to live healthier, happier lives. We focus on health promotion and disease prevention as a team to improve the overall health and quality of life of our patients’. When I take off my coat, I enjoy traveling to learn about different cultures. I also love to exercise and spend quality time with my family and friends.
