I was born and raised in Villa Clara, Cuba, and have lived in the United States since 2009. I currently call Fort Lauderdale, Florida my home.
I decided to go into medicine because from a young age I was fascinated by how science and compassion can come together to improve people’s lives. Growing up in Cuba, I saw how access to quality medical care can make a real difference in a community.
A good day at work is when my patients leave the office feeling better, more informed, and confident about their health. I enjoy taking the time to educate them, answer questions, and ensure they feel understood and cared for.
At Sanitas, patients can expect compassionate, personalized care in a welcoming environment. We focus on prevention, education, and treating each person as a whole—not just addressing symptoms.
When I take off my coat, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring new places, and experiencing new cultures whenever I can.
