I was born in Guatemala and migrated to the United States with my family at a very young age, growing up in Jupiter, Florida. After three years in Sebring, I am excited to be relocating to Boynton Beach to be closer to my family and serve a new community.
My path into medicine was shaped by volunteer work in high school and college serving underserved members of my community. I saw firsthand how much it means for patients to have a provider who shares their background, understands their culture, and speaks their language, and that experience set me on this path.
A good day is when I make a meaningful impact on a patient's health, whether that means helping someone reach a health goal, improving their symptoms, or simply taking a few extra minutes to walk through a treatment plan together. At Sanitas, we are committed to patient-centered care that educates and empowers you to take an active role in your own health.
When I take off my white coat, I love spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Bella and Terry. You will find us out on walks, or me in the kitchen baking something sweet, or planning our next trip to try a new cuisine somewhere in the world.
