I grew up in Northbridge, Massachusetts, and have proudly called San Antonio, Texas home since 2019. As an adult, I made the intentional decision to learn Spanish, and that journey deepened my appreciation for the cultures and perspectives that shape how families understand health and medical care. It has helped me build more personal, trusting relationships with the diverse families I serve.
I chose this path because I wanted a career that combines science, problem-solving, and meaningful relationships to make a lasting difference in children's lives. A great day is when a worried family leaves feeling heard and reassured, and especially when a child who arrived scared walks out smiling.
