I am a primary care physician in San Antonio, Texas, and completed my Internal Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. I also conducted research in the GI Department at UT Health Science Center Houston, McGovern Medical School, where I contributed to original publications. I earned my medical degree from Universidad del Estado de Puebla in 1982 and have proudly served the San Antonio community for more than 32 years.
I am passionate about providing compassionate, inclusive, and culturally competent care. I am always looking for new and innovative ways to develop healthcare programs and services that benefit my patients and their health. I am fluent in Spanish and make it a priority to clearly explain each patient’s medical needs and ensure they feel understood and cared for.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy developing new ideas, writing film scripts, and spending time with my family.
