At Sanitas, my patients receive the care they need to be healthy and informed about their health. By talking with and getting to know my patients, I can determine the right diagnosis and develop a treatment that will be most effective. While I also speak English, I enjoy speaking Spanish with patients who may have difficulty understanding their illnesses––so they can feel more comfortable and confident in asking questions. A good day at work is learning from a returning patient that I was able to help them with their illness. Born in Puerto Rico, I came to Florida for a better quality of life for my family and to be able to have more time for them. A career in medicine was the right choice for me because I can help others by keeping them informed about their health and help them improve it. When I’m not at work, I spend time with my family, watching movies, going out to dinner and visiting theme parks.
