As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I give my patients the best care for their needs. I speak English and Spanish so patients can feel comfortable communicating with me in either language. It’s a good day at work when I’ve earned my patients’ trust by proving my competence, knowledge and integrity. I was born in Ecuador and migrated to the U.S. in 2005. I want to help people feel empowered to take care of their health and well-being, so I also help children’s organizations around the world, feeding and helping those in need. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my cats and dogs. Because I love animals in general, I’m involved in rescuing and fostering them. For me personally, I think exercising is great for relaxing and good mental health.
