As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, my patients receive individualized care from a team who works together to provide the medical care they need. I like to get to know my patients, and I encourage them and teach them how to be in control of their health. My career is a dream come true for me––so it’s always a good day when I can care for my patients to the best of my ability. I’ve always had a passion for nursing and caring for others. Born and raised in Cuba, I came to the U.S. to purse and advance my nursing career and have lived in Miami since 2006. For me, nursing is a gift that keeps giving and growing. The experiences and relationships along the way contribute to my list of my most meaningful achievements. When I’m not at work, I like to cook for my family. I participate in sports and practice healthy nutrition, and I also enjoy spending time at the beach.
