At Sanitas, I work to create a friendly, family-oriented environment that is comfortable for everyone. I work to provide top-notch healthcare for each patient every day, and want them to feel welcomed and well cared for here. I also take a holistic approach that incorporates all aspects of their health, not just their symptoms. For me, a good day at work is seeing my patients leave with a smile on their face, satisfied with the care they received. I hope to motivate each of my patients to improve their health and make necessary lifestyle changes to live healthier, happier lives.
Born and raised in Cuba, I pursued a degree in family practice, graduating from medical school there. I moved to the United States with my family shortly thereafter to pursue my career as a family nurse practitioner. I was excited at the opportunity to provide patients with care once again. For as long as I can remember, I have been motivated and passionate about a medical career. I wanted to make an impact on my patients' lives, and through the practice of medicine, I knew that I could inspire others to live healthier lives.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also love exercising and traveling to interesting places.
