As a registered dietitian at Sanitas, I care for patients both in the center and virtually. Being bilingual, I can assist patients in either English or Spanish. I love to empower patients and use my knowledge of food, diet and nutrition to help them feel better, manage their health conditions and meet their diet and health goals. Though I was born in Cuba, I moved to the U.S. with my family when I was a year old and I now live in Miami. I was a private chef prior to attending grad school. Education and preventative care were appealing to me, and I have compassion for people, so healthcare was a perfect choice for a career. When I’m not working, I love to ride my bike, exercise and cook meals with my family.
