I was born in Detroit, Michigan, and have called Florida home since 1995. My passion for medicine began when I was 12 years old, while living in Jordan. I watched a doctor visit my grandfather at home, explain his diagnosis with care, and help him recover. That experience left a lasting impression and inspired my lifelong interest in medical science.

I decided to go into medicine to help people improve their health through understanding. A good day at work is one where my patients leave with a clearer picture of their condition—and sometimes even a “wow!”—because they’ve learned something new about their health.

At Sanitas, my goal is to help patients achieve the best possible outcomes using the most up-to-date tools and information. I’m particularly interested in research related to chronic conditions, respiratory medicine, molecular science, and the growing role of AI in healthcare.

When I take off my coat, I enjoy writing, reading, watching movies or news, exploring new fields in computing, and playing remote chess.
