I was born in New York City and raised in Teaneck, New Jersey. My aunt is from South America and helped me learn Spanish as I was growing up. I decided to pursue a career in the medical field because I wanted to care for people. In my opinion, no other profession is as fulfilling as medicine. A good day at work for me means that I have helped change a person’s life for the better. Even if it is just a small improvement in their health, I know that even the slightest step in the right direction is a huge improvement. I also enjoy my job whenever I get to learn from my patients and establish strong relationships with them. In my free time, I enjoy going on walks outside in local parks. I also like to read books to learn more about the world.
