I was born in India and my family moved to the United States in 1997. Ever since then I’ve called South Florida my home. I am fluent in both English and two Indian languages; Telugu and Hindi. I can also speak Spanish as I have studied it throughout my schooling and continue to improve my proficiency everyday as I converse with my patients and colleagues. I decided to go into medicine because I believe through healthcare, I can make the biggest impact on my community. Knowing that I have helped my patients live strong and healthy lives gives me a strong sense of fulfillment. A good day at work means having a sense of satisfaction that I have addressed all my patients’ concerns and provided them with the best possible care.
