As a pediatrician at Sanitas, I take the time to get to know my young patients’ unique needs. Knowing their health history means that I can provide the best care for their needs. I treat them like I would treat my own—with warmth, kindness and care. A good day at work means I’ve made a positive impact on a child’s life by providing exceptional care and compassionate service to their families. I was born in Brooklyn, and grew up in Maryland and Tennessee. I’ve also lived in New York and Georgia. In high school, I discovered my interest in working with children when I was asked to tutor elementary students after school, which became my favorite part of the week. Pairing this with my interest in medicine led me to pediatrics. Children are resilient, fun-loving, and constantly surprising—there is never a dull moment when you’re working with kids! When I take off my coat, you’ll find me soaking up live local music or at theater performances, spending time with family, taking care of my pets and traveling whenever possible.
