As a doctor at Sanitas, I make sure that my patients receive the best care possible. I provide them with necessary care and education so they can take preventive measures against illnesses. A good day at work for me means that I got to know my patients on a deeper level and had a better understanding of their medical needs.
Originally from Colombia, I moved to the United States in 2004 to further my career. I am fluent in both Spanish and English, which allows me to speak to a variety of patients who come into the facility. While I was in high school, I volunteered at a nonprofit helping children. From then on, I knew that I wanted to help children with their medical needs. Medicine provides the opportunity for me to help others in need every day.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I also enjoy bike riding, watching my daughter's soccer team, staying up to date with the latest medical news, and traveling to Colombia.
