As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I care for my patients with kindness, compassion, respect and dignity. I try to ease pain and suffering through holistic medical treatment and health care. It’s a good day when I’m able to help patients improve and stay healthy. Born and raised in Cuba, I moved to Venezuela when I was 20. I attended medical school in both countries and speak Spanish and English. I chose medicine as a career to help others in a significant way. Using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, sharing my knowledge with my patients, and learning something new every day keeps me motivated. When I take off my coat, I’m happiest spending time with my family, gardening and traveling.
