About me

As a doctor at Sanitas, I provide the best possible care for my patients. For me, a good day at work means having healthier and happier patients at the end of each day. I speak Farsi and English, and am learning Spanish so I can communicate even better with my patients.

Born and raised in Iran, I graduated from Tehran University of Medical Science, then worked as a doctor for 7 years. I decided to go into medicine because I believe the quality of life of individuals extends into our community and makes our society healthier and happier. In 2006, I moved to the U.S. to be with my family. I joined The Einstein Aging Study, published articles on Aging and Dementia and Migraines, and was awarded the Member’s Choice Award of the American Headache Society in 2018.

When I take off my coat, I spend time with my family, review new medical papers and go on long walks.
