About me

As a physician assistant (PA) at Sanitas, I care for my patients’ well-being and abide by the golden rule of treating others the same as I would want for my family or myself. I continue to be active in my passion for learning and practicing medicine. Any time I can make a difference in my patient’s health for the better, I consider it a good day. It’s essential to educate my patients about their condition and any therapy needed for improvement or resolution of the condition.

I was born in Cebu City, Philippines, and moved to the U.S. when I was 3 years old. My parents were doctors (Dad, an anesthesiologist; Mom, a psychiatrist), so it was inevitable that I'd have an interest in medicine and in helping people who are sick. Some of my medical curriculum was given in Medical Spanish, which I loved and was able to excel in. I speak English and Spanish fluently.

When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and 4 children. I love going to the beach and enjoy the surf and sand, as well as going to theme parks like Disney, Universal Studios or Sea World. I have two mottos to live by: first, “Treat others as you would like to be treated,” and second, “Live, love and laugh."
