mySanitas Chat is a patient service program that provides free online access to a Sanitas doctor for answers to your health questions through your mobile device or computer. It works like text messaging in a secure manner. Once you’re logged in, you can immediately start chatting with a Sanitas doctor. You can send images, documents or switch to video, if needed.

  • When you feel ill or sick, but it’s not life threatening
  • When you have a minor injury
  • When you have general medical questions
  • If you reside in Florida and are a Florida Blue member, you will also have the option to choose either mySanitas Care Navigator or mySanitas Patient Services. 
    • Use Care Navigator when you have questions about chronic condition management or prescriptions 
    • Use Patient Services when you are looking for general information about locations, services, benefits or wanting to book an appointment

mySanitas Chat with a Doctor is available every day of the week from 7 am to 8 pm.

If you need immediate assistance from a Doctor and it’s after hours, please call 1-844-665-4827; otherwise we’ll respond to you first thing the following morning. 

If you reside in Florida and are a Florida Blue member, you will also have access to mySanitas Care Navigator and Patient Services Chat services:

  • Care Navigator is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. 
  • Patient Services is available every day of the week from 7 am to 8 pm.

Any messages received after hours will be answered the following morning.

  • Existing Sanitas Florida and New Jersey patients with any health insurance plan accepted by Sanitas.
  • Florida Blue members with myBlue individual plans who have selected Sanitas as their primary care provider, even if they have not had their first doctor visit at one of our Florida medical center locations.
  • People who are not Sanitas patients or have not been to Sanitas in more than 24 months
  • Sanitas patients residing outside of Florida or New Jersey
  • Sanitas patients who do not currently have insurance

To become a Sanitas patient, you’d need to schedule an appointment in any of our medical center locations and select one of our primary care providers as your ongoing doctor.

A team of bilingual Sanitas doctors will be available to answer your questions and help you with your concerns. Because it’s an on-demand service, you may or may not chat with the doctor you regularly see at Sanitas. However, the mySanitas Chat medical team will be able to see your medical history with Sanitas to ensure you have continuity of care and will update your profile in your medical record for your next visit to a Sanitas location.

There is a Sanitas doctor available every day from 7 am to 8 pm.  After typing in your first message, the typical response time is less than three minutes or so. The doctor is there to quickly and efficiently help you. Stay online after you send your message and your chat will continue as long as you need it.

  • You can register once you download the mySanitas app or from your computer at mysanitas.com/chat.
  • Complete the registration form.  All fields in the form are required using the patient information, not the caregiver information. 
  • You must establish verification by completing the CAPCHA at the bottom of the form.
  • Once you complete the form, press the “REGISTER FOR MYSANITAS CHAT” button and you will see a confirmation page with the message: “Your registration has been received.”
  • You will receive an email from “noreply@cirrusmd.com” to confirm your account and complete your registration. You must click on the link in this email to complete your registration and gain access to the platform.  If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check in your junk/spam folder.

  • It’s free.  A service for Sanitas patients
