The State of New Jersey Direct Primary Care program is available to active employees, retirees and covered dependents who are not Medicare primary, who are enrolled in an SHBP/SEHBP NJ DIRECT, CWA Unity DIRECT, OMNIASM or NJ Educators health plan.
These benefits will continue as long as you are enrolled in an eligible SHBP/SEHBP NJ DIRECT, CWA Unity DIRECT, OMNIASM or NJ Educators health plan, and continue to choose Sanitas for your primary care needs.
