Susana Sanchez, APRN

As a nurse practitioner on the virtual team at Sanitas, I treat each patient like family. I give them the time, care and resources needed to achieve their optimal health and strive to provide the best care possible. I’m fluent in English and Spanish, which has allowed me to communicate easily with all my patients and the diverse population in South Florida. A good day at work is when I’m able to make a difference in their lives.  

When I was in high school, we moved to Miami from Cuba, seeking a better future. I love to connect with people in my community and learn about different cultures. Always knowing I wanted to go into the medical field, my dream turned to reality when I became a nurse practitioner.  

On my days off, I enjoy family time with my husband and our two children. We like to do fun activities outdoors and travel to new places.
