I was born and raised here in Miami and my parents are from Cuba. I make it a point to spend as much time with my family because I am extremely close with them. I’m blessed to have them! A typical day at work involves seeing pediatric patients ranging from newborns to teenagers. A great day at work consists of creating a trusting relationship with my patients and their families. Once we've established a relationship we can work together to develop a specific care plan that my patients can actually follow and will improve their health as a result. This type of partnership with our patients and their families is a hallmark of our organization and sets us apart from other medical centers here in Miami. When I take off my coat, I typically spend my time doing anything related to the ocean; whether it's going out on a boat, fishing, or simply spending a relaxing day at the beach
