About me

I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea and moved to New York with my family when I was 13 years old. Spanish is my third language and I learned to speak it when I was completing my medical training in Puerto Rico for two years. I also speak Korean and English fluently. I chose to pursue a career in medicine after graduation with a degree in Biology. I enjoy the field because I have the opportunity to help people in need while also learning more about science and how the human body works.

A good day at work for me is when my patients compliment me for the work that I’ve done to make them feel better.

At Sanitas, we offer compassion, enthusiasm and motivation to our patients.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling, learning new languages, and playing water sports. I also like to swim, hike, paddle board, and kayak.
