As a board-certified nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I encourage the best health possible through patient education, advocating for my patients and using evidence-based practices as the main source for diagnosis and treatment. When I’ve connected with my patients, thoroughly addressed their health concerns, provided in-depth education on disease process and medication management, and ensured team-building qualities with staff, it’s a good day at work. Pursuing my passion, I chose nursing because I want to care for patients’ health needs, and to educate them and their families to help prevent health decline and premature mortality. Born and raised in Memphis, Houston is now my home. When I take off my coat, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, trying new restaurants and different foods, traveling the world, experiencing other cultures and watching tennis.
