As a mental health counselor at Sanitas, using various therapeutic techniques, I provide effective care for patients who seek help for mental and emotional distress. I work with them to develop individualized care plans to guide them to more positive mental health. A good day at work is when we learn a technique that leads to improvement. Raised in Union City, New Jersey, my previous experience working with children and the community I wanted to build relationships and help those who needed direction, so I pursued a master’s degree in counseling, concentrating in family, marriage and adolescence. On my days off, I love to host events and spend time with my family and friends.
