About me

I was born in New York City to parents of Puerto Rican descent. I spent a small part of my childhood in New York before moving back to Puerto Rico with my two sisters. Growing up, I spoke both Spanish and English at home and am fluent in both. I chose a career in medicine because of my passion for science and microbiology. I have always been curious about learning more about the human body and how it works, and I also want to help as many people as I can with my knowledge and care.

A good day at work for me means that I have the time to speak with each one of my patients to learn more about their health problems and develop solutions to help make them feel well again.

At Sanitas, you’ll find the best quality care in the region, with staff members waiting to help solve your health problems.

In my free time, I like to travel and learn about other cultures through food, movies, and nature.
