Neitza M. Hooper, FNP

As a family nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I start caring for my patients by first learning about each one and asking questions about their health history. And, although I speak English, I’m fluent in Spanish, which is my preferred language with patients. When I’ve helped my patients and have worked in harmony with the staff, it’s a good day at work. 

I’m from Venezuela, and came to the U.S. looking for a better life. For the past 15 years, I’ve lived in Daytona Beach and Tampa. I chose medicine as a career because I’m compassionate and love helping others, making connections with them, and improving their lives. 

When I take off my coat, I enjoy traveling, biking, spending time with my husband, and playing with our dogs.
