Michael Thrasher, MD

As a healthcare professional at Sanitas, my patients are my priority. I spend time with them, listen and get to know them so I can develop the right plan for their healthcare. A good day at work for me is when I see new patients and gain their trust. 

I started my career as a research scientist, but it wasn’t fulfilling to me. I wanted to apply what I knew to help people. And because I was raised in poverty and was sick from chronic upper respiratory infections for the first six years of my life, I understood what it was like to be unhealthy. Fifteen years after I graduated college, at the age of 40, I changed my profession and started medical training in Poland.  

When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing my guitar.
