About me

I am originally from Cuba but moved to the United States when I was 18 years old. Because of my upbringing in Cuba, I am fluent in Spanish, although I can also speak English too.

I chose to pursue a career in the medical field because I want to help as many people as possible. I have the chance to accomplish this goal through my healthcare at Sanitas. As a child, I used to play with medical toys like stethoscopes. My brother was also sick and required daily injections, and because my mother was too nervous to do it, I provided him with the care.

A good day at work means that I leave the facility knowing I did everything that I could to support my patients. I enjoy going home knowing that I have helped my patients improve their health, and they will be healthier if only slightly, the next time that I see them.

I want people to know that the doctors, nurses, and other care providers offer the best quality of health care here at Sanitas.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and pets. I also enjoy cooking, watching action movies, and scuba diving with my husband. I also enjoy spending time at the beach with my grandson, playing piano, and swimming.
