About me

As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I make sure my patients are satisfied with their experience. They receive phenomenal care from professional healthcare workers on my team who will make them their utmost priority. A good day at work means that all my patients are satisfied with the care provided and that all their health concerns are solved for good. Being bilingual means I can communicate better with my patients. Spanish is my native language, but I can also speak and write English fluently.

Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, I moved with my family to the United States in 2011 in search of better opportunities. For the last ten years, we have lived in Miami, FL—I love the cultural diversity here. I am a deep communicator and have quick rapport with my patients. I can easily adapt to different environments as I am a team player and a quick learner. I decided to go into medicine because I enjoy improving the quality of people’s lives. It’s a privilege to be able to serve others and I never take this opportunity for granted.

When I take off my coat, I try to keep myself updated with different guidelines significant to my daily work. I also love to spend my free time with family and friends.
