As a doctor at Sanitas, I'm here to listen to my patients’ concerns, and to provide the best medical care possible. It’s always a good day when I have assisted a patient in making a change that is going to help them live a healthier life. While I speak Spanish and English, my father communicates only in Spanish. I know how difficult it is for people to get quality care when there’s a language barrier, so I feel very fortunate to be able to provide medical care to my patients in both languages.
I was born and raised in the Trinity Gardens area of Houston, TX. Because it was a low income and medically underserved area, I came to believe early on that patients should always have access to effective medical treatment. Because many people in low-income areas often lacked access to medical care, I decided to go into medicine to do what I can as a physician to provide good medical care for the community.
When I’m away from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, whether it’s watching a movie together, having a conversation, or simply just having dinner. I also really enjoy exploring the history and foods of different countries.
