I was born and raised in northeast Texas. My adult life has taken me all over the states, but I’ve finally made Dallas my home. My little niece lives fifteen minutes away from me and I love nothing more than being a part of her life. I decided to go into medicine because I fell in love with healthcare when I trained as a medic for the Army. That experience inspired me to pursue further education as a PA. I am fascinated by the workings of the human body and I enjoy applying that by helping patients understand their health. A good day at work means I am connecting with my patients and getting to know them. Nothing is more satisfying than seeing my patients achieve a goal or experience an improvement in health. I want you to know that at Sanitas you will find a team committed to providing you the best quality of care. When I take off my coat, I like to lift weights and practice yoga. I always have an audiobook going when I work out or do house chores and I relax by reading physical books. My favorites are about history or arctic exploration.
