Catalina Maria Castillo Pedraza, MD

As a doctor at Sanitas, I care for my patients by listening to their concerns and empathizing with their needs. I also build trust with each patient and their family to make sure they feel comfortable with me as their doctor. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to see my patients grow to be healthy and to be a part of their lives. When I go home knowing I’ve provided the best care for my patients and have accomplished my goals, it’s been a good day at work. 

Born and raised in Colombia, I came to the U.S. to continue my medical career. I wanted to help people by making a positive impact in their lives, so I decided on a career in medicine, then was drawn to becoming a pediatrician.  

When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my family, my dog, traveling and cooking delicious meals.
