About me

I was born and raised in Nepal and moved to the United States in 2008 to further my education. I attended University of Texas at Arlington where I received both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees. I speak three languages fluently; English, Nepali, and Hindi. Being trilingual allows me to connect more with my diverse range of patients, many of whom are also immigrants.

I decided to go into medicine because it’s my passion to help and take care of other people. It’s a privilege to be able to pursue this passion with a career in medicine and I never take it for granted.

A good day at work means I have positively impacted the well-being and quality of my patient’s health. Anytime I can address all my patient’s health concerns and they leave with a smile on their face is a good day.

When I take off my coat, I love to spend as much time with my family and friends as possible. I also enjoy cooking and traveling in my free time.
