About me

A good day at work means I have positively impacted the well-being and quality of my patient’s health. Anytime I can address all my patient’s health concerns and they leave with a smile on their face is a good day. I decided to go into medicine because it’s my passion to help and take care of other people. It’s a privilege to be able to pursue this with a career in medicine and I never take it for granted.

Born and raised in Nepal, I moved to the United States in 2008 to further my education. I attended the University of Texas at Arlington where I received both my medical degrees. I speak three languages fluently: English, Nepali, and Hindi. Being trilingual allows me to connect more with my diverse array of patients, many of whom are also immigrants.

When I take off my medical coat, I love to spend as much time with my family and friends as possible. I also enjoy cooking and traveling—there are so many new places to discover and enjoy!
