About me

I was born in Havana, Cuba where I studied at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences. After graduating and practicing as a General Surgeon, I moved to the United States in 1996. From an early age, I have wanted to become a physician. When I wasn't playing with friends, I was taking care of my family's "health problems" by applying band-aids and curing their diseases. As you can guess, I had a 100% success rate among them.

For me, a good day at work is when I have made a difference in my patients' health. Whether that means curing them of an ailment, lowering their blood pressure, or just making them feel better, knowing that I have an impact in my work is satisfying.

At Sanitas, we offer high-quality care for a number of different health conditions, operating with care and high standards.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, fishing, reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.
