About me

I grew up in Fair Lawn, New Jersey and I attended college and medical school in New Jersey as well.  Before moving back to Bergen county, where I have lived for the past 6 years, I lived in Hoboken.  In short, I have spent just about my entire life within 20 miles of the of the Sanitas Medical Centers locations which has allowed me to build a strong sense of community. As a medical director for New Jersey, I look forward to working with families, leaders and organizations to improve the health of our local communities.

I decided to become a family medicine doctor because it allows you to be on the front lines of impacting patients overall health by focusing on prevention of illness, guiding them to make lifestyle changes and helping them improve any conditions they may have.  Family medicine allows you to be the doctor for the whole family, from grandma to kids and everyone in between. Every day is different and every patient is unique. It certainly remains fresh and exciting.

I want patients to know that at Sanitas, we treat each and every patient like they are a part of our family.  We will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable, address your needs and keep you healthy. Our doctors and team will spend as much time as needed to get to know you, earn your trust and work with you to meet your health goals.

When I take off my coat, I spend my time with my family. During school season, I spend a fair amount of my time coaching my kids’ soccer, baseball and basketball teams. When they’re off school in the summer, we love to go to Lake Placid hiking and kayaking. During the winter break, we love to hit the slopes whenever possible.
