Appointment guide for Texas patients

COVID-19 / Sanitas

Here at Sanitas, we take your care to heart. Which is why our team members have been working hard on expanding our ability to care for you either from the safety of your own home or in one of our centers during the COVID-19 outbreak. No matter what's happening in the world around us, we’re here for you.

While we’re doing everything we can to serve you, for your own safety (as well as our other patients and staff), we ask that you talk to us FIRST before trying to come in to a center – even for urgent care – by calling 214-979-5449 for Dallas, 713-804-5989 for Houston or starting a chat here on the website.

We can now handle a variety of health concerns virtually instead of having you visit us in-person.

If you have the following symptoms or have concerns that you may have COVID-19, we are mainly handling this virtually in order to keep everyone safe. Please call or chat with us FIRST if this is your case.

  • Fever greater than 100.4
  • Cough or sore throat
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Chills or repeating shaking with chills
  • Muscle pain
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Contact with anyone within the last 14 days who had COVID-19

For your information, if you do walk-in to one of our urgent care centers, we will do triage at the door before you enter the center to determine how to best serve you.

The care and safety of our patients and team members are our number one priority. We will continue to work tirelessly to put things into place that will keep you safe. The Sanitas team thanks you for trusting us in putting your health first.
