Here at Sanitas, we take your care to heart. Which is why our team members have been working hard on expanding our ability to care for you either from the safety of your own home or in one of our centers during the COVID-19 outbreak. No matter what's happening in the world around us, we’re here for you.

We are taking every measure to protect you, our other patients, and our staff. We ask that you talk to us FIRST before coming in to a center – even for urgent care – by using the mySanitas Chat app, calling 1-844-665-4827 or starting a chat here on the website.

We can now handle a variety of health concerns virtually instead of having you visit us in-person.

To avoid the spread of COVID-19, we have temporarily designated some locations for sick visits and some for well visits. Here’s the latest location information for instances where it is determined to require an in-person appointment during the COVID-19 outbreak period: 

For primary care visits that do not involve respiratory symptoms:

• Miami-Dade: Coral Way, Homestead, Miami Lakes – Main Street, Doral – Senior Health Center, North Miami, Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables
• Broward: Coral Springs, Hollywood, Ft. Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes, Boca Raton
• Palm Beach: Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach
• Central Florida: Orlando – S John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee – E Oak St, Poinciana, Orlando - S Chickasaw Tr
• Hillsborough: Citrus Park, Temple Terrace, Lake Magdalene, Riverview

For sick visits that involve respiratory related symptoms: 

• Miami-Dade: Doral, Kendall, Miami Lakes
• Broward: Plantation, Pompano Beach
• Palm Beach: Wellington
• Central Florida: Orlando – E Colonial Dr, Ocoee, Kissimmee – E Osceola Pkwy.
• Hillsborough: Tampa

If you have the following symptoms or have concerns that you may have COVID-19, we are mainly handling this virtually in order to keep everyone safe. Please call or chat with us FIRST if this is your case. 

• Fever greater than 100.4
• Cough or sore throat
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Chills or repeating shaking with chills
• Muscle pain
• Headache
• New loss of taste or smell
• Contact with anyone within the last 14 days who had COVID-19 

For your information, if you do walk-in to one of our urgent care centers, we will do triage at the door before you enter the center to determine how to best serve you.
